PROJECT SCOPE

This project involves the renovation and expansion of the existing Oak Hill Child, Adolescent & Family Center to incorporate expanded programming required by the Fulton County Department of Behavioral and Developmental Disabilities. Once the renovation has been completed, the Oak Hill Campus will offer "one-stop" solution-focused behavioral health care, primary care, oral care, community garden, library services, after-school programs, summer programs, and wellness programs that address childhood issues such as obesity and asthma. The design includes: The reuse of four existing cottages and the expansion of the cottages into a larger building for administrative, medical and educational programs and support services; Renovation and expansion of the existing gymnasium; Renovation/conversion of an existing garage structure into a tool shed for community gardens; and site improvements including security, parking, fencing, grassed playing fields, hard court athletic surfaces, walking paths, and a central courtyard. The total square footage of the existing and expanded buildings is 49,540 SF
